Unfortunately all beside the point. As you said yourself, no excuse for providing damaged and inaccurately cut boards. Why should any company get away with providing inadequate products?
They may be be window boards, but they are being used for a different purpose where the size is important.
We have been able to purchase replacements elsewhere that were cut perfectly accurately. It can obviously be done. So yes, it is an issue.0
