Can I just give you a big fat thank you
I put my ppi claim with Egg loans in using resolver . On the 6th of March received an acknowledgment letter on the 27th March and today received letter stating they have upheld my complaint and are sending me a refund for £2785.08 yipeee.
I would never of had the confidence to do this on my own if it wasnt for reading the forums.
