Internet security renewals

Does anyone know what my rights are to get a refund for norton Internet security renewals that have been coming out of my account for 6 years without my knowledge? This has been coming out of an old Bank account that I only use for savings, so didn't see it until this month when I happened to check the account at the time the renewal had just come out. This renewal is associated with an email address I haven't used since 2011, so I didn't see the automatic renewal subscription emails to get the chance to cancel. Surely Norton's emails would have been bounced from my old email address so they must have known I haven't received notification and therefore chance to cancel?

They would have been contacting you by the only method you have provided them. It s not their fault that you firstly didn't pay attention to the auto renewal, secondly stopped accessing the emails they were sending and thirdly didn't notice the payments leaving for six years.
It may be worth contacting them to see if they would maybe as a good will gesture refund this years payment (depending on how long ago it was taken) but they don't have to and most likely won't refund the previous years.
The emails wouldn't necessarily have bounced to them and if they have a do not reply address they wouldn't know at all, you can't try to pass the buck and responsibility if this onto them.0
