I am currently thinking about changing banks but currently in the process of buying a new home.
We have currently exchanged contracts and waiting to complete.
So will it affect the mortgage applying now or should I wait?

A new current account is unlikely to affect the mortgage, but a recent change of address can affect your chances of getting accepted for a good current account.0
