Hello, I hope someone can advise me please.

I went to my local newsagents earlier on today to buy paysafecard pins for £40.00 cash.

I used the pins to my paysafecard account.
I then logged into my skrill account to upload £38.00 from paysafeaccount.

Paysafecard deactivated my account. Filled in the form to reactivate my account with all what was requested of me which for some reason the website did not accept.

So I emailed them, got no reply. Called up customer service they basically said they will email me requesting for receipts and photo ID.

I've sent them my receipts and photo ID.
I'm a little paranoid now after reading comments online that paysafecard have taken anything from 1 week to a month reactivate the account. Some not even being able to get the money back at all.

For me this is unacceptable I would of never chose to use this method of payment had I know how much hassle it would be to do something so simple.

Can any was advise me how to speed up the process because as I've said looking on comments online they take an age to do anything.

To be fair I'm not even sure why my account was deactivated in the first place.

At a guess I would say money laundering laws. As annoying as it can be, you should only have to do it once.

So I should be ok after the security team look into it?

Hopefully they will sort it by next week so I can use it.
