Agreed about not discussing price. been a while ago, but I actually had one bloke end up shouting and swearing at me and telling me I was awkward. I told him to go away. :cool:
Far as I'm concerned, they can come and see it and then make an offer. While they're getting there you might have somebody offer the asking.

All very well and its how i'd handle it, but the O/P has already made a verbal commitment to a prospective buyer.

He has and either party can break that comittment, indeed the people offering more have yet to see the vehicle, but the OP has passed off potential buyers this weekend, his main course is to sell it, to whom doesn't matter.
