I am having a mental block. I am sure it is staring at me but I can't see it.
I am the seller.
Where can I find the estimated delivery time for an item that was posted to a buyer?
Thank you.

If you look on your sold page by your item and choose 'order details' on the drop down menu it will be there.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. There is no order details on this particular item. Checked other sold items and "order details" is there for them.
Would it be because a INR case has been opened for this item?0 -
Can you go to the item and click on the number sold? Or is it a single item listing?0

If an INR is open then technically the item is late according to eBay calculations. The system should not allow for an INR until the last possible delivery date has passed, but nowadays I always consider that there might be yet another eBay glitch.
My last INR still had order details, so perhaps as yours does tthat is yet another glitch. It should be possible to work out an estimated date though if it is a UK item, your dispatch time plus 1 day for 1st class or2 days for 2nd class. For Europe eBay seems to assume about 5 days plus dispatch time and for USA about 7 days plus dispatch time, which is nonsense of course especially for the US.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
