Parking outside London a traveling in
Options
Hi
Myself and two mates are going to see England play in November and are looking to stay the night. We have found a Travel lodge on City Rd but it doesn't have a car park and is just inside the congestion zone. So what I was thinking is are there any car parks were you can leave the car 24hrs that are nr a tube station to the north of the city or would this be an expensive exercise?
Also how far is Covent Garden/Soho from City rd as it would be taxi back in the early hrs due to us planning a bit of a night out after the match.
Thanks,
Pete.

ok thought so just needed op to confirm...soho to old street / angel during early hours should be about 15 - 20 mins...should not be more than £25 but keep £30 squids just in case.
Black cabs are very hard to get and they get very selective at that time of night................so try not to look to happy when waving down a black cab.....av fun :beer:0 -
oh for the car park...check the ncp car park website...type in the post code of where your hotel is and it will tell where the nearest car park is
