Really, how come the forums keep getting wins and how come the parking cowboys are now losing in court

    other thread

"Today, 05/02/16, i received these two NTK's." those would have been manual requests , at least a month before you recieved them , so we are talking jan 2016

    this thread
Also, in my initial letter to DVLA I asked for anybody requesting my details dates from Nov 15 - March 17.

now ask the DVLA how the hell data was obtained from them , and ask the BPA to investigate

I did wonder, I may have to give them a call and ask them why the pranksters site lists so many wins with "forum templates" as they put it.

And other posters on here also winning in court.

Maybe they got their facts wrong? :)

Sorry BG, don't want to pee on your chips, but we hear, at best, about a small handful of 'wins' each week, yet the court list from the BMPA shows at least 30 - 40 cases every single day of the week.

More work still to be done, we cannot be complacent.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Look at it this way, we don't see half of what is going on in this forum

There will be a lot who read the forum but never post and just go on to win in court. There will others who are savvy enough to DIY.

Regardless of how many court cases a day, there are only a certain number of courts in England and Wales who have seem this scam time and time again.

By the law of averages, there must be many wins that we never hear about, probably because the motorists has never heard of MSE.

When you consider the huge amount of time people spend on a WS, it is now becoming clear certainly from the Prankster cases, that judges are paying lip service and a decision is made before they even enter court.
Of course a full WS is still vital

Let's take the latest Prankster blog about Parking Eye ..
ParkingEye lose - no proof machines were working at Royal Free Hospital
    http://parking-prankster.blogspot.co.uk/2017/03/parkingeye-lose-no-proof-machines-were.html

Six months ago, who would have thought that a judge would say ,,
"no proof machines were working" ???

There is much more in the system that we don't know about.

If the judge in that case had Excel/VCS in front of him, I would suspect they would be hung, drawn and quartered and SRS's head
would be on a spike at traitors gate
