My lad is 21 top end behavrioual problems learning problems and severe autisim .
As a result if nthe 2014 care act he as has a assessment from the fab team they have taken his care component of dla . He is a expensive item to run with expensies to his disablites . The councill is as much use as a sick headache with this although yes we are fighting it .
So i was wondering has any one else lost their care component of dla or pip . Also does any one know what the allowable expenses their are under the 2014 care act , Its very very hard to find .

When you say he's lost it, do you mean the DWP are saying he is no longer entitled to it, or are you saying it is being taken into account in a financial assessment? Your post is a little confusing.
Is there anything in here? Sec 4.7.1

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
If I've understood correctly, you'll not technically have lost the care component it's just being directed to paying for care rather than to you?0
