user789012 said:I’m in the process of having a very big fight with we buy any phone. They are definitely scammers. I’m new to this site, but I’d really like to hear from anyone that has previously had a successful outcome with them. at this point, I think I’ll take them to small claims court. I’m simply not willing to just roll over and accept what they are saying. They have basically stolen my phone and said they’ve never received a phone with IMEI number. I’ve only ever owned one iPhone 13 which I sent them so this is a complete lie. They turned to this once I provided proof that I had sent them a good phone so this was their last resort to scan me. At this point, I have no phone and they have stolen my property.0

Gutted wish I had read this first. Got a few problems and desperate to get some money went on comparison site they were top and said paid same day. Sent my iPhone 13 pro which was in really good condition (took photos), and offered £340 so sent same say. 4 Days later queried when receiving money and got call for foreign call centre saying back log will hear soon. Today got message saying phone not as described bad wear on screen/bevel and offered £105. Want to ask for phone back but not sure they will send same phone. This has caused me so many problems !!0
