What do the ! - exclamations mean in credit report

Hi,

I just got my credit report from the MSE Credit club. I have one entry that is showing as monthly ! - exclamation points instead of -1 etc even though I am paying monthly and have never missed a payment.

What do these exclamation points mean?

I’m not sure about the ! marks. I think it’s worth getting a statutory copy of your Experian report for £2 and see what's on there. There may just be an issue with the free MSE version.
