cant bookmark pages in Chrome

Never had trouble before but all of a sudden I cannot bookmark web pages I want to keep in Chrome

It puts the details up but when I push the button FINISHED to save it in the choosen folder it isn't there0 -

and nothing in bookmark manager? are you signed into chrome?
