Terms & Conditions
1. Entrants must be a UK resident aged 18 or over as of, or before the time of entering, who hold a valid British Passport.
2. Employees of Icelolly Marketing Ltd. along with their friends and family or any other person connected to this competition promotion are forbidden from entering.
3. Icelolly Marketing Ltd. reserve the right to ask any potential winner for documented proof of name and passport status.
THE PRIZE
1. The prize of a city break to Marrakesh includes return economy flights to Marrakesh from a UK airport, 3 nights in a 4-star accommodation in Marrakesh on a room only basis and return overseas transfers for two adults. Accommodation will be based on the two passengers sharing a double or twin room. The winner will be able to select their departure airport (subject to availability).
2. From the date of being awarded the prize, the featured holiday is subject to availability and must be booked within three months. Travel must be within a twelve month period or the prize will be withdrawn.
3. The prize excludes departures over Christmas, New Year, school holidays and all UK bank holiday weekends. These dates include but are not limited to: departures from 14th to 17th April 2017, 28th April to 1st May 2017, 26th to 29th May 2017 and 25th to the 28th August 2017.
4. Icelolly Marketing Ltd. reserves the right to specify the exact departure airport and hotel.
5. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure they have a valid passport, travel insurance and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visa for their trip.
6. Once the holiday booking has been confirmed, any alteration to the booking will incur administrative charges, payable by the prize winner.
7. All elements of the prize are subject to availability, non-transferable, non-negotiable and there is no cash alternative.
8. The winner and their guest may be required to participate in publicity including being featured on Icelolly Marketing Ltd social media channels.
9. The holiday prize excludes:
• Any departure and/or arrival taxes
• Local taxes
• Ground transfers to and from the UK airport
• Hold baggage
• Excursions, attractions, treatments or car hire
• Travel insurance, spending money and any other personal expenses
• Visas and vaccinations (if appropriate)
