The lucky winner and guest will enjoy return flights from London to Yukon, car rental for the duration and 4 nights in Whitehorse, known as the Wilderness City and surrounded by rugged mountains and pristine lakes. This will be followed by a drive along the scenic Alaskan Highway to Jakes Corner, where a boat transfer will take you to Tagish Wilderness Lodge for a 3-night stay. This remote lodge is nestled in the vast spruce forests and mountains of Tagish Plateau. Guests can take a panoramic hike, an interpretive nature walk or grab a canoe and paddle along the shores of Tagish Lake with plenty of opportunity to observe local wildlife like moose, bears or caribous in their natural habitat!

Only one entry per household and must be over 25 years old. The closing date for receipt of entries is 23.59 on 23rd April 2017. The winner will be selected in a random draw by JOY The Store. If the winner is not contactable within seven days, JOY The Store reserve the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry or to forfeit the prize. The holiday prize for 2 people comprises: (a) Return economy flights inclusive of prepaid taxes and fuel surcharges from London to Whitehorse. (b) Fully inclusive hire of a 4 wheel drive car for the duration (winner must hold a valid UK driving license and credit card) (c) 7 nights accommodation as follows: 4 nights Whitehorse (room-only), 3 nights Tagish Wilderness Lodge (all meals included) (d) Boat transfers and kayak/canoe use at Tagish Wilderness Lodge.
The prize is subject to availability and due to weather and road conditions, holiday is only valid for departures June - September 2017. Standard SUV vehicle collected and returned to Whitehorse Airport. Rental includes LDW, up to $2 million Third Party Liability insurance, up to 200km mileage per day and up to two drivers. Fuel, extra mileage, road tolls, child seats, GPS and late return charges not included. Drivers must be 25 years or older, hold a credit card and possess a valid driver’s license. Vehicle may only be driven on public roads. Once the booking is confirmed, changes to the name, date or nature of the booking are not permitted. Airport transfers, meals and attractions are not included unless otherwise stated.
The prize excludes: (a) Any form of travel or medical insurance. (b) Any accommodation extras (eg telephone, mini-bar, room service, meals etc) (c) Any personal expenses and spending money (d) UK to airport transfers (e) any visas required.
The winner must agree to have his/her name published as the winner of the competition and to be photographed for promotional purposes, if requested.
