Hi there, I took out a mortgage with the Woolwich in 1981 but don't have any paperwork. I have finished paying it now but would like to know if it is possible that I can claim back PPI, or is this before PPI came in to being.

PPI was mid-late 80s, in 1981 if you had any policy it would be life insurance or MIG neither of which you can "reclaim"
