Firstly, thanks for the BPA member appeal template within the NEWBIES thread, much appreciated! This has been saved as a PDF and attached as evidence on the AppealPCN website that Highview uses.

*** My PCN was not windscreen, it was ANPR ***
Having received my PCN yesterday (29/03/17) for parking at the above car park on (Saturday) 18/03/17 between 19:10 - 22:01, I am now looking to complain to all retailers located in that car park. Would 21 minutes over be too much to be seen as a grace period?

My partner and I were only browsing until the shops closed (20:00) so do not have any receipts for purchases, unfortunately!

My question is, do I have grounds to complain without actually having any proof of purchase/s? If so, what would they be?

I do not understand how they can charge to 'be on site' at this time, when the shops here are actually closed?! How does this effect the retailers income?

Hopefully this is deemed worthy of a new post. :D

Thanks!

Also, do these PCN's effect my credit file in any way?

    Thanks :)

Not from Highview, who will skedaddle by next week:

Calm down - stop taking it so seriously - and let us know if you beat the 2 hour record for cancellation if submitting the usual template appeal from the NEWBIES thread or the one shown there, being careful NOT to add anything saying who was driving.

See you next week when you tell us it is cancelled. :)
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Thanks for the reply!

I appealed online through the website stated on their letter, using the template in blue for a BPA member.

I did not add a thing to it, but attached it as a PDF as evidence to my appeal.

Unfortunately that was yesterday afternoon, so I have not beaten the 2 hour record!

Same for 'honest guv' who just posted on that linked thread about his one being cancelled, same as yours - pretty much immediately. They do not like bothering when a person has sussed that they can't hold a keeper liable (NB for newbies, some PPCs can but Highview can't).
