B & Q trade account?

How can I get one of these? Any info would be great..

Go into a B&Q store and pick up a leaflet. Fill it out then take it to a B&Q Warehouse along with 2 x proof of business and address. You need to take the forms to a Warehouse B&Q not one of the smaller ones. They are the ones with trade desks and you need to open an account there. When you've got the account opened you can use it at any B&Q.

But they are wise to people trying to blagg them into opening an account just to get round the delivery charges.
