They probably do adjust payments if you make a payment, but not when it's only 4 days before the DD is taken.
It's not faster payments, the requests for DDs are filed ages in advance.
10-11 days and you might expect them to adjust the DD.0 -

Virgin *don't* ... it says so on the statement.0 -
Virgin certainly isn't the only credit card company to still take the DD even if you make extra payments. Some of them do, some of them don't.0

i'm sorry you've had this experience. You may consider opening up a capital one credit building card next. They are generally more user friendly, and also offer cards to people with bad credit, which is you now im afraid to say!0
