Claiming GE Capital PPI

I had a Debenhams staff card from 1992 to 2005 which I'm sure had PPI, but I don't have any paperwork from that time. Will Santander hold records from that time?0

Unlikely, but I know who'll be able to tell you for sure.0

You either send them a SAR to see what's left or make a complaint and see what happens. Either way, the end result will be the same, whether that's uphold or rejection. They can't magic records into existence if they haven't got any so it's up to you which way you want to go about it.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0

Contact Santander, they hold reasonably good records for store cards during that period - however it is not a given that they will still hold yours.
Good news is that if they do have records and you did have PPI then it would likely uphold due to onerous terms for staff.0
