submitting a Popla appeal right now.
Have several reasons for appeal, therefore submitting under "Other" category.
Telephone number required with name, address etc.
Should I provide my actual telephone number or non-number ?

zeros are fine, that's what I always put.
And you can use a POPLA code for 30 and a bit(!!) days anyway so over the weekend will be fine.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
