can i reclaim old loan ppi?

newbie here.....
I was wondering whether I am eligible to claim for ppi on some old loans and a debenhams store card I had 12 or so years ago. I can't find any paper work though
the loans were with alliance & Leicester & mbna. They were from the adverts in the paper where they provided a table of loan amounts and payments. The reason I think they were missing sold was because no questions were asked if I needed it. Does this count?
Also as I said I have no paperwork for any of it or the store card (but I know I had one as it caused me so many problems when I defaulted on it)
TIA

You don't claim. You complain it was missold.

Phone or write to the companies involved and tell them you're making a complaint.

    Yes.
If they can't, your next step should you want to take the chance, is to send a SAR and £10 to each company
