Minster Baywatch NTK or HC letter

Hi everyone
I've spent a while reading through the Newbies thread trying to find what is appropriate for my situation but am struggling here so any advice would be welcomed.
I didn't get a windscreen ticket; only a NTK or HC letter through the post from Minster Baywatch. This includes ANPR images of my car entering and leaving said car park and a 'charge value' of £100. According to the times included, I overstayed by 18 minutes (paid for one hour but I was held up by something far more important - this is also a £1 per minute car park so the £100 charge is just extortionate).
Now I wrote a draft from a sticky on here but I'm struggling to find any confidence to send it as I don't seem to be able to justify why I won't pay the fine without shooting myself in the foot by admitting I was driving. I realise it's easy to just write 'the driver' but as I said, my reasons just wouldn't make sense if I were not the driver that day.
Minster Baywatch offer an online appeals form but I also wasn't sure whether to utilise that or just email them from my email?
The letter was received 15 days ago now.
Thanks in advance.

its not a fine , its an INVOICE
MB are not allowed by law to "fine" anybody at all, no authority
just use the appeal template with no embellishments , any details are for later in any appeal process or defence in court
resist the urge "to tell it all" , especially do not reveal who was driving, the appeal is as KEEPER to an NTK in the post
for these purposes , the keeper and the driver are 2 separate entities
follow the appeal process offered by MB , DONT TRY OTHER MEANS, JUST DO ONE OF THE METHODS THEY TELL YOU
try to keep this simple
use the appeal template , as keeper
use the appeal process listed on their NTK or website (preferably online somehow)
alter post #1 and remove any hint of who was drivng (no "ME , MYSELF or I" (or do you not think parking companies can read this public forum ? or take screenshots ?
I have no idea what a HC letter is , but treat any postal notice as the NTK
and the "£100 is extortionate" wont wash since the BARRY BEAVIS case concluded 16 months ago , so although it may be "extortionate" to you, the law has deemed different (Supreme Court in London - Beavis case) and you would be hard pressed to convince a judge or popla unless you can argue this is different to the Beavis case
so just learn to follow the advice in that NEWBIES thread and dont try to over examine the reasons behind it , you cannot learn this topic in a few hours , so the advice in that thread is up to date and relevant to all, not just you
it is their job to prove their case, in law, not yours to disprove it unless push comes to shove0 -
But the sticky thread gives you the template appeal - don't alter it (I hope you were not using the MSE article appeal, it's rubbish...).Now I wrote a draft from a sticky on here but I'm struggling to find any confidence to send it as I don't seem to be able to justify why I won't pay the fine without shooting myself in the foot by admitting I was driving. You want the template from the NEWBIES FAQS thread here at the top of this forum. No editing or 'drafting' needed. Stop trying to add some pointless mitigating circs excuse to the appeal about not paying it!
Use the online appeal. Get a screenshot of the submission and keep it as proof.Minster Baywatch offer an online appeals form but I also wasn't sure whether to utilise that or just email them from my email?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
