I find Sky's advice about changes to their support for third party e-mail accounts very confusing and different technical support staff have given me different information.
The latest person I spoke to insisted that POP3 accounts will still be supported.
We tried to update it to IMAP anyway but I found that I could not delete the text saying the My e-mail server is a "POP3"...in Windows Live Mail under the Servers tab.
Can anyone confirm (a) Whether I will in fact be able to continue to use my POP3 e-mail settings after 31 March and
(b) For the sake of curiosity, how I switch to IMAP?
