Barclaycard money transfer to bank account

Hi all,
Quick question...if I do a money transfer from my Barclaycard to my bank account (they currently have a good promotion on, low fee and interest free until 2018), does that show up on my credit file in the same way that a cash machine withdrawal using credit card does?
I remember when I applied for a mortgage they queried two instances where I had withdrawn cash using my CC - (it was on Holiday and my debit card wouldn't work).
