That is fine but when you own 100% do not expect to sell it for the same amount as a house on the private market because the fact that it was originally shared ownership sold through a housing association means that it will never be worth what an open market property will be worth. Would you have to sell it back to the housing association or to a buyer through the housing association?

The HA have still not got back to me re re-sales procedures. I am assuming not if I 100% own as I have seen nothing to the contrary yet.

Got to say, these HAs are totally useless. I have had to work out all of the square footage myself, they give no answers to the most basic of questions. They seem oblivious to the fact that people are making life changing decisions. They didn't even know if the property had parking (which it did) and then told me the completely wrong allocations.

Is the price also low due to aircraft noise?

It might be but to be honest the din from the M11 is far greater than any aircraft noises. The development is about a 5 minute walk from the noisy M11

Looks like I am ok to sell without strings attached at 100% ownership:
If you own your property outright (i.e. you have staircased up to 100%), you are entitled to sell your home to anyone you choose EXCEPT in the case of a key worker property purchase, which can only be sold onto another approved key worker.

I hadn't realised that Article 50 also meant we changed the meter.

Your conversion to meters is odd with ground floor bigger than first in meters but smaller in feet.

I worked out what this is....

They do not include the measurements for the toilet downstairs. That is why they are not quite matching.
