fixing basin to wall

Here's a link. As you can see the fixing holes consist of four holes, the small ones fine but I'm not sure what would be best for these very large holes. I was going to use spring or snap toggles but as the holes are so large I'm not sure what would be best.

if the basin is on a pedistal dont worry about it just fix with the 2 smaller holes and mastic the back of the basin to the wall. If it is wall hung go to a diy shed or plumbers merchant and buy a basin wall fixing kit

there are 2 ways of using the big holes. one is to use a rawlbolt fixed into the wall, then put a large washer/nut on the end. tighten with a spanner.
or use very large screws with large washers. just like normal fixing but on a bigger scale.
(you may need to use varying washer sizes to make up the difference).
