Hi there, this forum mostly deals with private parking tickets. you will get better advise from the Pepipoo forum. They will require you to join and also paste a copy of the parking ticket.
The ticket should say why it was issued, so clearly state this when posting.
All the best. Yotmon.0 -

... and show them BOTH SIDES of that PCN and ask for assistance. You will be appealing this within 13 days to ensure the discount is re-offered, if they reject your evidence.
Then there are 2 more stages of appeal and most people win (you have to forget the 'discount bribe' at stage 2 and 3 though). It's all or nothing in the end - and most appeals win in the end, on pepipoo forum. DO NOT register with a hotMail email!
Pepipoo will advise you if you have good enough grounds to continue once you get the rejection letter re-offering the discount.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
