A little bit of advice needed, please

Options
I am looking at getting Level term Life insurance but am unsure I am fully understanding it all

I am looking at £150,000 Cover over 20 Years for my wife and I.

If I go through Cavendish to Norwich Union for a quick quote it will cost £10.57
Plus their fee of £25.00

OR

I go through Cavendish for a quote and come out with Friends Provident for £10.81
(Norwich Union is £11.15) Plus their fee of £35.00

Alls I would like is, if something was to happen to one of us the other one was able to pay of the mortgage and have a little over to help them get by.

When it comes to below what should I be looking at?

Product Type
  • TermMortgage
  • Protection
  • Family Income Benefit
Benefit Type
  • Death Benefit Only
  • Critical Illness Only
  • Death or Earlier Critical Illness
Premium Frequency
  • Monthly
  • Annually (Are there any benefits or is it the same price)
Term 20 Years

Premium Driven ?????????
Benefit Driven ?????????

Thanks in advance
