PCM and road markings

Hi I'm Perry

I have recently stayed in airBnB in south west London and as we where getting to ready to depart I notice PCN from PCM,
The land is a private land and has a lot of visible signes with little print saying that you cannot park here unless you have a permit. There was no visible road makings and even bay markings where done in just slightly brighter colour of the pave bricks but (invisiable in the dark)

Does private roads do not require proper road markings ?
Please help if you know how

I suggest you start by reading the newbies start her thread at the top of this forum first.

You should realise that the private parking industry is an unregulated free for all basically, and these money hungry firms make up their own rules.

Come back when you have a grasp of the situation after reading the sticky.
