Should I Include Bank Account Number in Letter

Hi Guys,
This may sound like a stupid question, but Google has yielded no decent results. I am writing a letter to HSBC to complain about switching my account. I was told that I did not earn enough to get the HSBC advance account, so I was not eligible for the £150 transfer bonus. After 8 months I have received an email saying that they are upgrading my account. (No Changes to my current circumstances)
I feel like I got mis-sold a little here, and wanted to send them my opinion on the matter. But I dont know if I should include my account details in the letter. I.e. If it got lost in the mail, could someone do something with my details?
Thanks for any advice

Your name, account number and sort code are on every cheque that you write, and we send those in the post.I came into this world with nothing and I've got most of it left.0

They'll likely include those details in all their postal correspondence with you, so it would be sensible to use the same.0

Some people still do .There was a newspaper offer for plants, last week, which gave the option of sending in a form with a cheque or buying via the seller's website and paying by card. (Those doing the former would be unaware that the offer was sold out)0 -

You can always call them, however they haven't really done anything wrong so probably won't get anything.
I opened an advance count last year, but by the time it had opened and more importantly I was aware and had all the info then my transfer for the switching bonus would have been out of time.
When I did ring them they acknowledged this and paid the switching bonus as compensation, including the additional £50.
They are incredibly slow but were reasonable in my case, well having got the cash I'd say that, wouldn't I.0 -

Some savings accounts require initial payment by personal cheque as part of identity checking.0
