I've just posted a reply above to bumpercars99 (#post 9) fredandwilma about exchanging Reward Points for shopping vouchers. Sorry this is too late for you but only just had the briefing about the new policy of rounding up points to the next 100.
Once exchanged, there's no way to bring them back I'm afraid.

Hi Malc,
You're right, it is too late - I've tried gesture of goodwill, to no avail. I wish I'd left the remaining points in my account. You should have said you would look into it and i would have held off exchanging them.
I don't understand why seemingly, some customers had their points rounded up and others didn't, in the first place?
Still, at least it may help other people?
However, the handling of the points has given me my first ever E.on complaint. Duly noted and stored in the memory banks.:rotfl:

Morning fredandwilma and sorry this decision came too late for you. To be honest, although I kicked up about it, this was already being discussed. I was pushing at an open door. It was officially confirmed yesterday although, I suspect, some areas of the business jumped the gun.

I'm not trying to get anyone into trouble but I switched away from Eon months ago after this new customers only tariff debacle. I was looking at my points thinking "oh I'm just short of a voucher" and when I signed in to check my final bill, they had been rounded up, I never spoke to anyone about it.
I thought it was great. I assumed a machine had done it but I had made a complaint about something unrelated and maybe a human looking at my account thought it would be a nice gesture.0 -

Hello bumpercars99 and, yes, a few months ago an advisor would've needed to do this. In fact, this was the case up until this week. I've come in this morning to a new update. The number of points will now be rounded up automatically so customers can exchange for a full pound of shopping vouchers. Tesco Clubcard points aren't affected. They're still point for point with no rounding up.
Customers with outstanding points still need to ask for them as they've the choice of shopping vouchers or Tesco Clubcard points. They can do this online by logging in to their accounts. Once logged in, they'll also be able to see any rounding up that might be applicable. As the scheme's now ended no more points can be earned.

The £25 of vouchers requested on 5 April haven't arrived.
I've emailed 3 times asking about them and to request the remaining 29 points on the account be rounded up.
I've not received any response.
I appreciate the team is probably really busy but I think it's rubbish. Are Eon hoping people are going to forget about it or give up?0 -
