Best 10" tablet on a budget

My Samsung Galaxy 3 was a reconditioned one as I'd never had one before. It's been really good except often when tapping a link, it can take multiple taps to get the link to work. This is now getting worse, but the keyboard always works perfectly, so unsure if it's an issue with the tablet or not.
But presuming I need to replace it, what would you recommend? I like the android, but it's not essential. I only surf the web on it & take pictures. But I'd like to be able to link it to Outlook as mine is now for emails. I suppose I'd like to keep the price under £200 if poss.
