Leftover cream cheese?

Hi all I have a nearly a full tub of full fat cream cheese to use up after filling a carrot cake yesterday. Apart from spreading it on French stick has anyone got any ideas? Thanks Gintot

Mmmmm thanks for all your suggestions. Tonight I made creamy bacon and mushroom pasta from the Phil*delphia site. Thanks Caronc It was delicious and DH and DS wolfed it down. I enjoyed it too and it was very quick to make. This was I bonus as we had DGS 2 all afternoon.

I still have enough left to top digestives and add raspberries, Thanks Mrs LW.

The mushroom recipe sounds nice too, and the mackerel pate, and, and.......
