Won at bingo on holiday - long story....

I went on holiday last weekend with my boyfriend and we were playing cash bingo on the first night and I got a full house, £120, woohoo, so I shouted and waved my hands in the air and I thought the caller had stopped but then she said the next number so me and my boyfriend shouted, as well as loads of people around me so the bloke came over but because the caller had said the next number they wouldn't pay me. So I wasn't best pleased as you can imagine and I said if the caller hadn't been laughing and messing around she might have noticed me shouting and waving my arms around. But they still wouldn't pay me. So I went and complained to the assistant manager, who got the manager and they said they'd sort it out for me. Come Saturday afternoon I still hadn't heard anything, so I went back to the assistant manager and she said she'd chase it up. Sunday afternoon and I'd still not heard anything so I complained to the assistant manager again and somebody at recepetion and I finally got my winnings Monday morning as I was waiting for my taxi to the train station! I'm just glad I complained and didn't let it go!
I just thought i'd post because I never win anything and I was so pleased to win and then it was a nightmare getting my winnings!!

Glad you got your winnings, shame they didn't make it quite as fun as it could have been.
A bit like when I passed my driving test millions of years ago & the examiner said " I'll give you the benefit of the doubt" ( been driving nearly 20 yrs now, no accidents)
