In a seperate case from my other thread about having a default judgement set aside...
Court date 7th June 2017
At Birmingham County Court
Defendant vs Horizon Parking Limited represented by Gladstones.
My defence filed was pretty solid IMO, i'm on my phone atm so will post it when i get access to a computer for consideration on how to cover those in the hearing.
What sort of evidence do i need to file now?
Photographs of the signs, the entry sign hidden behind a bush, the height of the signs, the fact that there are only 4 in the far back corner of the parking lot.
An overhead view of the carpark with the signs highlighted and the route taken by shoppers from their car to the store which clearly miss out on any signs.

A copy of the Beavis case sign as a comparison, to show a brief sign with the charge in large lettering.
And unless you are defending as admitted driver, to show 'no keeper liability' you need these 2 things:
The POFA Schedule 4, highlighting omissions in the NTK and inadequate signage/warning of any 'relevant obligation' and/or the 'relevant contract' of the £100 parking charge, which must be in large lettering.
Henry Greenslade's words (search the forum).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
