Not much progress made yesterday as we were out most of the day.
I had to go and buy two bulbs for my car, and we visited two holiday clubs as we can't cover all the school holidays between us. It was funny, one was rated 'outstanding' the other 'good'. I have no idea how the outstanding one got that rating, the place was soulless and they didn't seem to have a lot to do. They weren't really interacting with the children who were just watching a dvd! The other one on the other hand had lots to do, lots for the children to play with and get out and about lots. The staff were obviously very involved. No contest! We told little jwil he could choose where he goes, and he seems happy to go to that one, whereas the other one he came out very anxious!
Today we are off to see Dippy so not much likely to get done either."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -
That's good that you have found a holiday club that you like. I am very lucky with the one I found for my kids. They do sibling discounts which helps me and they not only do arts and crafts and sports activities each day but also have a different special activity each day. These special activities are things like Gymnastics, Street Dance, Nerf Wars, CSI Detective Workshops. It really is a fantastic place and I think once you have found one that you like, you stick to it!

I've had a windfall of £90.60 after reading one of :money: messages on Power of Attorney. The form was so easy to fill out and took less than a fortnight to get a response :j

So now I am 40  We didn't do anything as I had to take little jwil to a birthday party. I'm feeling a bit rough this weekend too. I'm sure we'll make up for it another time.
Little jwil has another party today, so shan't be achieving much.
Back to work etc tomorrow. Hope everyone is well"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -
