If any of you have a fail safe recipe I'd really appreciate it.

And has anyone ever tried using homemade condensed milk to make their fudge? If it would work it would really make it a cheaper option. Costs pennies to make but I've only used it for things like banoffee.

I use the Vintage vanilla fudge recipe from the BBC Goodfood website, no problems so far
I made double batches every Christmas for my kids teachers
