in Parking tickets, fines & parking
HI i have received a PCN code 622.

I parked in a bay where the markings were faded but still visible. Although the markings were less visible than others on the road does the fact that they are still visible give me grounds for appeal?

    In that case you would be better off posting on pepipoo.com as they are the council/police motoring experts, whereas we specialise in private parking tickets here.

    You will need to register on pepipoo with an email address, but note that Hotmail doesn't work for some reason.
