Bought Microsoft office 2016,through hup at £9.95 it took ages to download. When. I installed got message installation contact Microsoft office. Can anybody help pl?

Illegal? Purchasing through HUP is perfectly legal
OP -Check your 'orders' section on the Microsoft site - if you have both PC & Mac versions in there, or previous orders showing, it is easy to select the wrong version. I have both and tried to install the PC version on a MAC version first time
