Return Electronic Item to Shop or Manufacturer?

Hi

I bought quite an expensive drone from a High Street store about 7 days ago. It's amazing technology, however mine is definitely not working right.

I am confused as to whether I should return it to the store, or the manufacturer?

Ideally, I'd like to try and get a replacement asap.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

    The remote control signal is cutting out repeatedly at an altitude of only 60 to 100 feet. Something that it simply should not be doing.

    I hope you have read and are abiding by the laws regarding the operation of these things, plus, I hope you have insurance. Please read up on them and use it legally and responsibly, irresponsible drone flyers are giving us fully legal, fully insured RC flyers a bad name.
