Electrical work

Hi, I was looking to get some electric work done and would appreciate some feedback on two quotes.
Work:
1. Living room- has currently 3 MR16 recesses spot lights. Add 3 more led ones and convert existing 3 to led. Change dimmer switch.
2. Dining room- same as above but add 4 led and convert 2 existing from MR16 to led. Change dimmer switch.
Quote 1:£375 labour plus me to supply materials (main ones I. E. Led, holders, and dimmer switches. Wires etc by him.
Quote 2: £90 per new including materials. Both quotes assume that upstairs carpet to be lifted.
I know it's not apple to apple quote but just wanted to see if it's in ballpark.
Both have been recommended and came across as very professional.
