Moving house and package

We're hopefully moving in the next month or so (not exchanged yet).
Currently with Sky for everything - TV (old Sky+ box), phone and Broadband. Just have Entertainment package, paying £64.90 a month.
I've been wanting to cancel Sky TV as we only really need it for a couple of shows that I'd hate to miss, and think now would be a good opportunity to get a new deal.
We have a Smart TV, usually watch through Sky though as use the planner to record , so we can watch at our convenience without ads. Would like to keep Sky Atlantic (and Fox) but have heard we could use Now TV or similar to just pay when the shows we really want to watch are on?
The house we're moving to already has a dish so using Freesat might be an option? I'm happy to buy a new PVR if our Sky+ box can no longer be used for recording?
For Broadband/Phone I thought I'd just see who was offering the best deal - we could get BT Fibre - but I've just seen how much it costs, is it worth it?

I'm a bit worried about the amount of time we might be without Broadband though (my husband works from home) if we cancel and start again, as presumably we can't order new till we've actually moved.
And so then I think it might just be easiest to move everything as we currently have it so we don't get any disruption. Will I save much by switching? Been with Sky for a while and I know their prices have just gone up but it still seems reasonably good value when it includes everything? Is it?

Is this a business account with service level agreements or home users take it or leave it .

Without broadband buy a mobile dongle to see you through .

No not a business account, just home use. He doesn't need continuous access so I thought we might be able to make do with a personal hotspot from my mobile if it comes to it, or send him to the library!

I've just been reading about Sky Q which is making me rethink giving up Sky.
