Been 10 days now and still on the market and have had many calls asking where our Memorandum of Sale is!!!! The EA stated their surprise why my solicitor and myself had not received it. Especially as it is all done by email nowadays but he said he posted it!!
Now should i be worried???? The sale part is flying at a pace but the purchase of this part has not even started!!0 -
