Hello all,
Just want to say a massive thank you to MSE, Martin Lewis and the team. I used Resolver on the 20th March 2017 to complain about Lloyds TSB for a Gold Account account I had way back in 2007-2011, that I was sold by a pushy bank manager in my early twenties which if I was offered today I would reject flat out.
22nd March, Lloyds ring asking a few questions as to why I was complaining. mentioned pushy bank manager and fact that I didn't drive, travelled rarely and once tried to claim for my mobile only to be told it wasn't registered.
23rd March, Lloyds ring back with the outcome......sending me a cheque for £580.85!!!!! Brilliant, literally took me a lunch break to sort this out. So easy!
Now I'm just wondering what to treat myself with, although I should really just pay £500 off the mortgage (fee free of course).
