I'm currently trying to buy one with Guinness, waiting to see if mortgage offer can be finalised...
The seller I am buying from seems happy with them - the rent increased by £5 this year apparently (it was put on the market before April, at 209pm and now it's 214 since April so not a huge deal.
The person I'm hoping to buy from had a pet dog (it's a house) and I asked about this, she said it wasn't a problem, that they didn't mind.
That's all I know I'm afraid and I know this thread is old.....wondered if you'd got anything and if so, are you with Guinness and how is it going?0
