I've got my award notice through but it makes no mention of the entitlement to the NHS exemption certificate. By all accounts I should be entitled.
Is it actually supposed to state entitlement to it on the award notice ?,

I no longer work in Council Tax Recovery but instead work as a specialist Council Tax paralegal assisting landlords and Council Tax payers with council tax disputes and valuation tribunals. My views are my own reading of the law and you should always check with the local authority in question.

It never has on mine, I have always got a letter from prescription agency in June time. If you are on WTC & CTC I think you will be entitled, so just mark the prescriptions as such until you get your certificate through. You just tell the pharmacist you haven't got the proof with you.Official DFW Nerd #148
