Shoddy shower enclosure

Hello we've just had a bespoke shower door fitted ( shower in alcove). We are really disappointed with the quality of the job, it basically looks like a bodge job. I think my husband could have made a much better job of fitting it. The seals don't fit and are dirty. The fixings used to attach the screen to the wall are cheap and have be fitted poorly, there are rough edges everywhere. Clear silicone had been messily applied everywhere. This was it fitted on 21st and 22nd. We have taken lots of photos and put together a document listing all the issues. Our plan is to go to the company ( local glass specialists) and ask them what they plan to do. They haven't even sent an invoice yet so we are yet to pay anything to them. I'm not entirely sure they will be able to fix it to our standards or surely it would have been​ better in the first place. I think we should at least give them a chance though? Where would we stand on not paying them? I'm more than happy to contest this at court as the photos say it all and no one in their right mind would be happy with the work . Thanks
