Small claims respondants title question

I have submitted a small claim online but it cannot be processed until I provide details of respondants title.
The only name I provided was the store name and address but the court is asking for either
''shop name LTD'' served at registered office OR
Person trading as Shop name OR
Shop name A firm sued as a firm

I have no idea which of these I need to use. There are no other details on the shop website other than the shop name.
Can anyone help? Any advice welcome, Thanks

With that info, I'm sure someone will be able to help you.

You need to identify the defendant. Either the defendant is an individual (albeit under a trading name) OR the defendant is a company.

Perhaps give us the website and we can take a look.

Do you have any official paperwork from the seller - such as a receipt or invoice? If it's a company, then the company's details should be on that.

You can look up a company on the Companies House web site https://www.gov.uk/get-information-about-a-company

If there's no company, then it's just a sole trader trading under a trade name, and you would sue them personally.
