Well I finally got hold of someone to deal with the Harry Potter book, and they sent DD a deluxe edition and £30 worth of Waterstones vouchers. She was thrilled. She's only won twice and both times ended up with extra because they've taken so long to send it out.

You've just reminded me, my other daughters name came up on the Baileys win list for a blender, but she hasn't received that either. I'll have to remind her, and look up the address for it.

Real People cheques usually are reliable. I suppose prizes come from the promoter ~ so email them.

I won a big Chill Tee Shirt, and had to send a couple of emails. took a couple of months, and Trainers took about 3 months from another site.

Took me months to get a poster (signed by directors) but it arrived this week. They sent an unsigned one, which I thought ok... hmmm, but the signed one has now turned up. I had forgotten about it.

THE MAIN THING WHEN EMAILING IS TO BE POLITE, AND NOT GET UPPERTY :eek: ~ same as complaining in a shop.

Still waiting for my Amazon prize from July they keep saying they're investigating & awaiting a response from the relevant department

EDIT: Getting a bit closer :T They asked for my address and forwarded it on to the 'relevant department'
